How long do I have to pursue a car accident injury
Usually three years. But with everything in law, there’s exception so always check with a lawyer about your specific case.
What is MPC and how does it work?

MPC is known as Medical Payments Coverage. For every automobile policy sold in Colorado, MPC is mandatory and must be included as part of your automobile insurance coverage, with the minimum coverage being $5,000. You can purchase more than $5,000. MPC covers medical-related expenses due to a car wreck. Review your auto policy. If you do not have this coverage you may want to ask your insurance agent why not.

What is under insured or uninsured motorist insurance?
Colorado is an at-fault state. This means that in the event of a two-car accident, the at-fault party is responsible for the damages. In most cases, motorists fulfill this obligation through their car insurance. Uninsured/Under Insured Motorist Coverage steps in if the at-fault driver doesn’t carry any insurance or does not have enough insurance coverage to cover your losses and damages.
Do I have to have health insurance to obtain medical treatment?
No. There are many providers who have flexible treatment plans. Our office can provide a referral to providers who offer these flexible treatment plans.
Do you know any treatment providers?
Yes. Our office has a list of providers who have extensive experience managing care for people who have suffered personal injuries.
What medical bills does the attorney pay for me when my case is settled?
When your case is settled, our firm will prepare a Settlement Statement. The Settlement Statement will include a list of companies that will receive payment from your settlement. The only payments remitted by our office from your settlement are for sums due to Medicare, Medicaid, subrogation parties representing your health insurance company or liens created by a medical provider.
